According to Mike Muller, accounting can be fun! Inspired by his mother to be an accountant, Muller is now a Tax Manager at Bland & Associates, P. C.

I collect unique/vintage sports cards.

I was named an NJCAA All American in college golf.

My wife and I collect coffee mugs from every city/state/country we visit. We have over 20 so far, hoping to reach 1,000 someday.

 As a Tax Manager, Muller is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and consulting on personal, business, and non-profit tax return engagements. Muller works with the tax department to prepare technically advanced tax returns, as well as review personal and small business tax returns.

In addition, Muller prepares and reviews bookkeeping assignments to have financial statements accurately reported for a business, works with many non-profit organizations on their income tax returns, and trains associates for their next role at Bland.

Muller is good with numbers and loves solving problems, which aligns well with Bland’s mission statement.

Muller grew up in Omaha, NE., has a wonderful wife who he recently married in 2021, and a dog named Maggie.

Muller earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2015. He was on the Dean’s List with honors six times throughout his college career, along with other academic awards.

He is 6’4” and loves to play sports such as golf and basketball. Muller’s newfound passion is woodworking.
