    Bland Cares is an employee-run and employee-funded organization that raises awareness about the caring efforts of local non-profit organizations. It also provides a means for the employees of Bland & Associates, P.C. and others to give support through charitable contributions and volunteering their time and talents.

     

  • Bland Women’s Initiative for Rising Stars (bWInRS)


    The Bland Women’s Initiative for Rising Stars (bWInRS) provides inspiration, facilitates advancement, and enhances the careers of professional women by providing opportunities to network, share information, acquire skills, and develop rewarding relationships.

  • Bland’s Innovation Team


    Bland’s Innovation Team is dedicated to identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and managing incremental, sustainable changes in Firm processes that lead to improved efficiency, a culture of continuous innovation, and profitability.

  • Bland Leadership Institute for the Next Generation (BLING)


    The Leadership Institute for the Next Generation (BLING) is an 18-month leadership program established to develop Bland’s people leaders.  Employees who have been recognized as demonstrating evolving or emerging leadership capabilities have the opportunity to participate in the program.

  • Staff Advisory Board


    The Staff Advisory Board plans and coordinates firm events and activities, while also acting as a liaison between Bland and its employees in solving firm and personnel issues, solidifying Bland’s reputation as one of the top 10 “Best Firms to Work For.”

  • bWell Wellness Program


    Our bWell Wellness Program strives to improve the health, well-being, and quality of life for all Bland employees by empowering people to promote and model positive attitudes and behaviors through a lifelong commitment to wellness.
