Manager
I split my time between both GovCon and CAS. While in GovCon, I am working on our MCO, A-76 and PC-Flex contracts. In CAS, my focus is LTC cost report preparation and consulting. I also work on project management for our MCO and A-76 contracts.
My personal service philosophy is grounded in understanding, dependability, and trust. I make it a priority to learn each client’s goals, communicate clearly, and deliver on every commitment. True service isn’t just about solving problems, its about creating a lasting relationship built on trust.
Cord’s Disclosures
I named our dog Batman. My wife said after picking that name, I lost all naming privileges for our two daughters.
I grew up in a small town in western Pennsylvania called Latrobe. This is the hometown of Mr. Rodgers and Arnold Palmer. I am married to my highschool sweetheart, Taylor with 2 beautiful little girls.
My dream was to be involved in law enforcement, specifically an FBI special agent. I went to school to study finance as multiple sources told me this would be the best degree to accompany this career. Things did not go as planned but I found my way into a very happy career with government compliance and accounting work.

One of my role models, Nick Bare, has a saying: “Go one more.” I’ve adopted this mindset in both my professional and personal life. To me, it means always pushing beyond my perceived and planned limits.
I believe an ideal client is someone who you know you have already earned their trust and confidence. This helps to better facilitate communication and work towards meeting their goals.
I always want to understand the why behind everything. If I don’t understand something, I am determined to find the answer through various research.
