Chris’s previous roles included: Project Manager of Next Generation ACO Model Compliance contract; have led and performed compliance tasks for various contracts; member of initial version of Project Management Office

Current duties: Manage the firm’s Publishing Services function, which performs editorial, formatting, and compliance assurance services to ensure all public-facing documents and contract deliverables meet quality requirements. Assist the Government Consulting Department’s business development team by ensuring all proposal deliverables comply with RFP requirements and are delivered to the highest quality for successful capture. Manage the scope, schedule, cost, personnel, and client communications for the Compliance Services for the Vermont All-Payer ACO Model contract. Perform various management, operations, and contractual activities as needed.
