Ashley Huss
Manager
Ashley started her professional accounting career in 2013 and joined Bland & Associates (Bland) in 2023 as a Manager. After beginning her time with the firm in the Tax Department, she transitioned to Client Accounting Services in 2024, where she brings 10 years of tax and client service experience to her role.
“I went forward with accounting because it was a career with many possibilities,” Ashley said. “Working in public accounting gave me the chance to partner with a variety of clients and tackle unique challenges.”

She attributes her success in the field to her positive attitude and her commitment to creating efficiencies that allow clients to concentrate on their core business.
A career in accounting chose her. When she started college, accounting wasn’t on her radar, but her early managers recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue the field. She took their advice, switched majors, and ultimately earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting. Through her coursework and early professional experiences, she discovered a passion for public accounting.
