Nikki Snow, CPA says her career choice was a toss-up between Physical Therapy and Accounting. Thanks to her superior Math skills, an eye for details and a lack of desire to take more Science coursework, Snow settled on a career in Accounting.

“I’d always been good at Math, so it just seemed like the right fit!”

I love going to country concerts – I think that’s why I moved to Nashville, TN for a few years, to be more in the “scene”.

I decided to pursue accounting when I realized that Physical Therapy school would require too many science classes.

I was inducted into my college’s (Midland University) Athletic Hall of Fame.

 Snow specializes in providing tax advice and preparation services to real estate, construction, and service industry clients as well as closely-held companies, non-profits, and high net worth individuals. More specifically, she handles multi-state income tax reporting, tax consulting and tax planning services. She is also in-charge of the firm’s continuing education and training for the Tax Department.

As a people-person with an eye for details, Snow says she enjoys working with a variety of clients, with the goal of helping them succeed.

“I’m detail-orientated and have a lot of focus to help our clients succeed,” said Snow. “And, I really love interacting with our wide variety of clients.”

In 2013 Snow joined Bland in a Supervisor role and was promoted to Manager in 2014, Director in 2017 and Partner in 2020. Prior to joining the Bland family, she held positions in various firms, including stints in Sioux City, Iowa and Nashville, Tennessee as well as a few Omaha-based organizations. Born and raised in Omaha, Snow earned a BSBA, Business Administration, Concentration in Accounting and Management from Midland University in 2002. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
