Do you qualify for a financial statement audit?
In accordance with the state of Nebraska, Department of Health and Human Services, (NE DHHS) any provider who has received more than $1,500,000 in Medicaid waiver program payments during their fiscal year, is required to submit an audit of their financial statements to NE DHHS within 6 months of their fiscal year-end.
