Fran Frauendorfer, CPA, CFE says there are several things she likes about working at Bland & Associates: working with husband Justin Frauendorfer, a fellow Bland employee, and the overall mission of the firm rank among the top of her list.

“I like that Bland’s mission is community-focused,” said Frauendorfer. “It’s not just about business here!”

Her desire to deliver client service that is beyond expectation is also in-line with Bland’s ultimate purpose.

“I try to stay in a position where the client never has to ask me for something twice and, when possible, stay a step ahead of their request,” she said.

“My goal is to anticipate their needs and simply make their lives easier,” Fran continued.

Frauendorfer joined Bland & Associates in 2017 as a manager with the Client Accounting Services division, providing outsourced bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and CFO on-demand services for clients. She spent the past five years at Kiewit, responsible in assisting the audit department with a re-brand, working on strategic construction audits, and home office department reviews. Prior to that role, she had a four-year stint at Bland, working on taxation, governmental auditing, financial audits, reviews, compilations, and indirect cost rate proposals. Frauendorfer earned a BSBA in Accounting from Creighton University in 2005. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
