Diana Busche Appointed Director of Customer Experience
We are excited to announce that Diana Busche has been named the new Director of Customer Experience at Bland & Associates. With over 22 years of dedicated service at the firm, Diana brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to this new role. Over the years, she has taken on various responsibilities, making her a trusted and go-to resource for both internal personnel and clients alike.
Diana has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of many areas at Bland, from Human Resources to Financials, Meetings, and Software. Her years with the firm have given her unique insights into how we can best support our team and clients. In her own words, “I’ve seen a lot of changes during my time at the firm, and I’ve been able to grow alongside it. As such, I am often the first person my peers turn to when they have questions about any aspect of the company.”
A proud Fremont native, Diana attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and Nebraska Wesleyan, where she earned her BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Communication. This educational background, paired with her years of experience, perfectly positions her to lead the charge in creating an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
In her new role, Diana will be taking on a range of new responsibilities. These include onboarding clients, supporting upper management, and working with various departments to enhance our clients’ experience. She will also be focusing on client retention and feedback, helping them understand their bills and due dates, and ensuring they have everything in order to make their interactions with Bland & Associates as seamless as possible.
Reflecting on her new position, Diana shared, “I’m thrilled about this new opportunity and the chance to develop something completely new for the firm. Having been with Bland for over 22 years, I’ve done a lot of different roles, but this one excites me because it will allow me to continue helping the firm grow while enhancing our clients’ experience. I look forward to taking this next step in my career and am grateful for the opportunity.”
