We wanted to inform our clients that our offices will be closed to non-employees effective at 5:00PM Friday March 20th until further notice. As I’ve mentioned in previous announcements, our staff are continuing to work remotely and your projects will continue to progress as normally as possible.
There are 2 options for picking up and/or dropping off information beginning Monday March 23rd.
- Utilizeour technology we offer to upload your tax documentation. We ask that you use our secure portal to transfer tax documents back and forth. Please know we can complete the entire tax return processing via our secure portal. If you need assistance with the portal please contact Traci Christensen at 402-397-8822 and she will assist you. Or you can access the portal at https://www.clientaxcess.com/#/login).
- Email email@example.com to inform us of what day and time you will drop off and/or pick up your information. Someone will then reply to your email to confirm the day and time. We will then have a box outside our office door in the commons area of our building for you to drop off and/or pick up your information. By confirming your day and time we will insure we receive your information. We will then send a 2nd email confirming receipt of your information. If the box is not outside our door then you cannot drop off information. We do this to keep your information secure.
