The monthly fixed price will depend on several factors, including (but not limited to) the number of bank and credit card accounts we’ll need to track for you, the number of transactions running through those accounts, the number of employees you have on payroll, etc.
Each year, we’ll revisit the monthly fixed pricing with you and adjust it based on the changes we’ve seen in your business as it grows. Examples of factors that could result in a monthly fixed fee increase would be an increase in the number of bank accounts and/or the average number of monthly transactions hitting your accounts, an increase in the number of employees you have on staff, expansion of sales into new states, etc.
You will have one bookkeeper assigned to your account. This person will work on your account, master your unique processes, and be responsible for the day to day servicing of your account.

It also adds flexibility by allowing remote access to the same data in the same version of the software, so you and your employees can work from anywhere.
