Growing up in Arlington, Nebraska, Rebecca Goodwin says she felt drawn to the accounting field when taking a course in high school, but for her it is much more than “crunching numbers”.
“Beyond the numbers, I enjoy being able to find innovative solutions or improvements to projects,” she said. “I pride myself on providing a product or service that goes above what is expected.” Goodwin joined Bland & Associates in 2011. She was recently named a manager in the Government Consulting department where she is responsible for Healthcare Compliance and Attestation, and Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) monitoring. In 2013, Goodwin earned a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and business management from Midland University. She is an active member of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA) – Omaha Chapter and serves as the director of communications. |

I have a twin sister. (We are fraternal twins, I am the eldest by 7 minutes, she is taller, and I don’t think we could be any more opposites.) |
