Justin Frauendorfer, CPA, CFE, CVA
Partner

Bland Partner Justin Frauendorfer, CPA, CFE, CVA says his love for accounting did not happen naturally.

“In college, my buddies didn’t think I could pass an entry level Accounting class,” he said. “That was enough motivation for me to become a CPA.”

“Thankfully, I discovered it to be interesting,” he continued.

Frauendorfer joined Bland & Associates right after earning his BA in Accounting from Doane University in 2005.  He was named a Partner in 2016.

He is a valuable member of the firm, focusing on directing the audit and attest services, as well as handling any forensic, business valuation, and litigation support engagements. He primarily works with not-for-profit organizations, closely-held businesses, and governmental entities; however, he considers not-for-profits his niche area and spends available time providing trainings and technical accounting updates to these organizations.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Frauendorfer is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Justin’s Disclosures

icon_nba I LOVE the NBA…so much so, that I have gone to a few of their summer leagues in Las Vegas.
icon_firehydrant I own a patent. In high school, my biology teacher, another classmate, and I invented a temperature sensor for firefighters ….unfortunately, there isn’t much more to that story (in terms of generating dollars and cents).
icon_videogame I wanted to be a professional athlete when I was a kid. In case of a career ending injury, video game tester was my backup plan.
