Hilary Allen, CPA
Director
| Hilary Allen, CPA, says she enjoys Accounting because the field offers surprisingly varied tasks and requires attention to detail to ensure amounts reconcile and regulations are followed, things that play into her strengths. She grew up on a farm outside of Stanton, Iowa and applies the same work ethic to her role at Bland & Associates.
“As a farm kid from southwest Iowa, I know how to work hard and am not afraid to get my hands dirty,” said Allen. “I follow through on commitments, deliver what is promised, and build credibility for long-term client relationships,” she continued. “Ultimately, I strive to provide opportunities for clients to grow and succeed.” She joined Bland & Associates in 2001, after earning her B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Midland University in Fremont. Allen was made Director of Quality Control in Bland’s Government Consulting department in 2015. She is a Certified Public Accountant and specializes in various types of financial and compliance audits of healthcare organizations that receive Medicare funding. |
