Bland Becomes 100% Employee Owned CPA Firm
Bland & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce that we have become the 1st 100% employee-owned CPA firm in Nebraska, effective January 2, 2020. The ownership structure is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which allowed the firm’s shareholders to transition 100% of the ownership to eligible employees.
Nothing will change for you, our clients and colleagues, day to day. Jason, Troy and I are going nowhere! We make this announcement simply to share our excitement for developing and retaining highly skilled professionals for the future. As ESOP owners, employees are now directly rewarded for making Bland the best it can be. Truly having a vested interest in how the firm operates.
